According to Australian gossip site BitchPleaz McMullen was arrested for "pissing, urinating or masturbating on a street pole in downtown New York" (TBC).
A court date is set for the end of April, which will give him plenty of time to finish filming a new TV show in the states.
We love McMullen, but think he better rein in his tendacy for extroversion or the land of lady liberty will restrict his liberty to visit it's shores.
